Mr. Martin is the founder and Chairman of Cambridge House International Inc., a Vancouver, Canada firm which produces investment conferences and educational seminars. Its Canadian investment conferences include annual events in several Canadian cities. In 2002, the company initiated the World Gold & PGM Investment Conference which is now held annually in early June in Vancouver. Its education division produces specialized courses for individual investors and advisors.

Mr. Martin is the former publisher of several periodicals including BC Business Magazine and World Investment News. He is also a

past-president of the Association of Area Business Publications.
